On May 5, 2015, we will be hosting the 9th annual Golf Fore Life Tournament at the Big Oaks Golf Course in Tupelo, Mississippi. All of the proceeds from the tournament will benefit New Beginnings Adoption and Family Services. We are proud to offer an opportunity to our supporters to have fun while benefitting New Beginnings. Here is a breakdown of the event:

Registration:

The deadline to register is May 1st, and the fee per player (including lunch) is $90. For groups of four, the fee is $350 (including lunch). You’ll also receive a free hat like Tom’s!

Sponsorships:

You can sponsor this tournament at different levels.

• Silver Level is $2,500 including driving range and score card marketing.
• Bronze level is $1,000 including the Putting Green and other marketing recognition.
• Hole Sponsorships are $200.

Prizes:

Everybody loves prizes!

• 1st place — $1,000
• 2nd place — $500
• 3rd place — $250
