Counseling
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed when you are unexpectedly pregnant. There is a lot of information to take in. You have different options moving forward. It’s important to process your emotions with a safe person during this time. You might feel a wide range of emotions. You will have access to one of our trusted counselors to talk through your feelings. As you begin processing your thoughts, many birth mothers have found more clarity about how they want to approach their adoption plan.
Transportation to Doctor’s Appointments
Some of our birth mothers are in need of transportation assistance to and from doctor’s appointments. We want to take care of those practical needs so that you have one less thing to worry about. Our team knows that it can be intimidating to drive to a doctor’s appointment alone. We will make sure you can safely attend every doctor’s appointment.
Opportunities to Connect With Other Birth Moms
It might feel easier to isolate yourself from other people during this time, but it will make things feel more difficult in the long run. A supportive community is necessary. We will give you opportunities to connect with other birth mothers who share your same experiences. This is a unique situation, and we don’t want you to feel alone. It helps to have other people who understand exactly what you are going through. We will connect you with other birth mothers so that you have the opportunity to form friendships together.
